Discover ... Integrative Therapy
You may be looking for therapy because you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling to cope. Perhaps you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, experiencing challenges in your relationships, or feeling trapped in patterns of codependency or addiction. You might also be living with grief, loss, or low self-esteem, and longing to feel more at ease within yourself.
I began my professional journey by training in Person-Centred Therapy — a compassionate, client-led approach that creates a safe and non-judgemental space where you can be truly heard and supported. This foundation taught me the importance of empathy, respect, and working at your pace.
Over time, I developed a deep interest in trauma, recognising how many of our struggles as adults stem from childhood experiences. This led me to further training in Psychodynamic Therapy and Transactional Analysis, both of which explore unconscious patterns and early relational dynamics that continue to affect our lives today.
I also integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), offering practical, evidence-based tools to support change in the here and now. Alongside this, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Inner Child healing, which together allow us to gently process trauma, resolve emotional blocks, and reconnect with core parts of the self.
Tailoring Therapy to Your Needs
By combining these approaches, I work integratively — tailoring therapy to your unique needs. This means we might focus on processing and healing past trauma, explore relationship and family patterns, or use practical strategies to manage anxiety, addiction, or codependency. Most often, we blend approaches to create the most effective path forward.
My aim is always to offer a flexible, supportive, and collaborative space where you can:
Heal from trauma and difficult past experiences
Break free from addiction and codependency cycles
Develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships
Manage anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem
Build resilience, confidence, and self-compassion
Integrative therapy allows us to work with your unique story and challenges, so you can move towards a more balanced, empowered, and fulfilling life.
