You were a child with unmet emotional needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3238\">And unmet needs do not equal unworthiness.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3240\" data-end=\"3417\">Often, the people who raised us had their own unhealed trauma. They couldn\u2019t give what they didn\u2019t receive.
